Beetroots are reddish purple in color with green leaves and are from the Amaranthaceae-Chenopodiaceae plant family. They are sweet in taste, crunchy when raw, and soft when cooked. Five Simple Juice Recipes Anyone Can Do at Home

Here are some delicious fresh juice recipes that are very easy to do using basic fruits and vegetables. Before attempting to juice please thoroughly wash the produce and peel the skin off the oranges and lemons. All the portions below are based on a 16oz serving, if you’re making more or less please adjust accordingly.

Carrot, Apple, Ginger
2 Whole Apples
4 Carrots (Medium to large in size)
1 Inch of Ginger

This is a classic combination that is absolutely delicious.

Orange, Apple, Pear
1 ½  Apple
2 Oranges
2 Pears
